To select a Health Indicator, begin by selecting a Topic from the left. Once a topic has been selected, a list of categories within that Topic will be displayed. Select one of the categories, and this tip will be replaced by a list of indicators, which you select by clicking on the check boxes.

After selecting an indicator, you must select at least one Geographic Area and one Time Period. You may click the black Get Results bar below, or make your search more specific by choosing Population Demographics.

To narrow your results by Geographic Area, please select an area category from the list on the left. Different area types (for example: county, city, state) may be available, depending on the data in the system for the indicator you have chosen.

If you have selected multiple Health Indicators, your options for Geographic Area will be limited to what types are available for all selected indicators.

Click on New Data Search in the upper-right corner to start over.

Some data is available by individual years and some by a range of years. Depending on which Health Indicator you picked or which Geographic Area you selected, you may be able to make additional selections under Time Period or Population Demographics.

If you have selected multiple Health Indicators, your options for Time Period will be limited to what types are available for all selected indicators.

Based on the selections you have made for Health Indicator, Geographic Area and Time Period, there are no demographic details available for selection.

This may have happened because the data was not provided with demographic options, or data suppression rules have been configured to restrict available demographic options based on the population of the selected geographic area.

You can click Get Results to view your search results, or if you want your search to include demographic details, try selecting fewer or different indicators, areas or periods.
